How to Set up a Redirect After Purchase

After your customers enter their credit card details, you’ll want to take them to a download or a thank-you page. This is how to do it with Convertri’s Products feature.
If you have an autoresponder integrated, you can also set up a redirect using the Forms feature. Click here to find out how.
NOTE: If you set up redirect links using both Products and Forms, whichever you added last will be the one used.
WARNING: Do not add a link to your Submit button via the Properties panel. Adding a link in this way overrides the submit function, so your form information will not be submitted. Simply setting up a Forms or Products redirect means your customers will automatically be taken to the redirect URL when they click the button.
- In the Page Builder, click Products in the top toolbar.
- Choose the product you want to sell on your page and enter a credit card statement message, if you haven’t already done so.
- Enter the URL of the page you want your purchasers to be redirected to once they’ve entered their payment details. If you’ve linked pages by drawing arrows in the Funnel Builder, these pages will appear as suggestions.
Your purchaser will now be taken to the redirect URL directly after purchasing.
