How to Find the Correct Nameservers When Setting Up A Custom Domain

Article:

Nameservers are given when you set up your custom domain for the first time. They are shown right after you input your custom domain. Though there are cases where you might have missed that.

So here’s how to find the correct Nameserver of your Custom Domain

You can find the domain you’ve just added at Account >>> Domains. Use the search box if you have multiple domains. Then click ‘Records’ option.

Then click ‘Show Nameservers’ at the top right. Then the correct Nameservers of your custom Domain will appear.

Set your domain to use the following nameservers in your current registrar. If you don’t do this, any DNS changes you make in Convertri won’t have any effect.

Remember it can take up to 48 hours for DNS changes to propagate, though it’ll often be much faster.
