How to Customise the ‘Sending Form’ Text (on form submission) API Only

*This feature works on API only, it doesn’t work on HTML Forms.
When a user submits your form, an overlay appears on the page which says “Sending form”. That’s a bit boring, and it might not fit your personality or branding tone of voice: you can customise this text in the Page menu.
To do so (assuming you have form already setup and connected to an Autoresponder/Zapier. If not see the Forms Overview for details ):
- In the Page Builder, click on the Page icon in the top toolbar, then click on the Messages tab.
- By default, ‘Use default’ toggle is enabled. Click the toggle to disable and enter your customised text for ‘Sending Form’.
- Click Done. Save and Publish your page.
NOTE: We recommend a maximum length of the text to 100 characters.
Customise the 'Sending Form' text Globally
You can also customize the sending form text via page settings in the Account dashboard. This way you can customize the sending form text globally, you don’t need to edit each page individually.
To do so: Account >>> Page Settings >>> Scroll down to ‘Messages’
NOTE: You can use these settings to set the sending form text defaults on all of your new pages. Existing pages won’t be changed when you adjust settings here.
