How To Integrate Zoom Webinar

Integrating Zoom Webinars so you can send out links to them on your Convertri page is easy. All you have to do is:
- In the Dashboard, click on Account, and then Integrations.
- Scroll down to Webinars. Click Set-up over the Zoom logo.
- You will need to enter your Account ID, Client ID, Client Secret.
- To get these, go to https://zoom.us/myhome/ and make sure you are signed in.
- Click on the Advance> App Marketplace on the side bar menu.
Click on the Develop option in the dropdown on the top-right corner and select Build App.
- Scroll down to the button and look for Server-to-Server OAuth and click Create.
- Enter the App Name and click Create.
- The needed keys will be shown, you can then copy it and paste it on the fields in your Convertri account. But don’t save it yet. Then, click Continue on Zoom.
- Fill in the Basic Information asked.
- At Feature, just click Continue
At Scopes, click Add scopes.
- In the Side Menu choose User, then choose View All user information.
Then go to Webinar, and choose View all user Webinars and View and manage all user Webinars. Next click Done and Continue.
- After that, click Activate App.
- Lastly, on your Convertri App, click Save.
Now you are ready to get up and moving with Zoom Webinars and Convertri.
Please note that to see your webinars in the Convertri Form Set-Up in the Page Builder, the webinar needs to be dated to happen at some point in the future and have the registration required option enabled. More information on this is covered here.
You can now use Zoom Webinar in all the forms on your pages. If you wish to revoke your access, you can do so at any time by navigating back to this page, clicking Setup, and clicking the red link.
Setting Up A Form:
For form integration, First Name and Email Address are required.
If you have more fields, make sure that all your fields have the “Required” toggle turned on for your form to work.
