Zapier allows you to connect a huge range of 3rd-party apps to Convertri, so you can trigger automated tasks whenever something happens on your pages.

Firstly, we’ll need to set it up.

  1. In the Dashboard, click on Account, then click Integrations in the left hand menu.
  2. Hover over Zapier, and click Setup.
  3. Toggle Enable Integration to On. Click to copy the API key to your clipboard.
  4. In a new tab, go to Zapier.com. Log into your account, or create a new one.
  5. In your Zapier dashboard, click My Apps. Click the “connect a new account” dropdown menu, and search for Convertri. Click Convertri, and a new window will open.
  6. Paste in the Convertri API key, and click Continue.
  7. If successful, the window will close. You can click Test to make sure everything is working okay.

You can now set up Zaps. To add your first one:

  1. In your Zapier dashboard, click Make a Zap in the left hand menu.
  2. Under When This Happens, choose Convertri.
  3. Choose your trigger event. This could be when a form is submitted anywhere on your account, or on one specific page. Click Continue.
  4. Choose the Convertri account you want associated with this Zap, and press Continue.
  5. Choose the type of submission you want to target:

New Submission Trigger - triggers when a form or checkout is submitted from anywhere in your Convertri account. You can choose whether the trigger activates on form submission only, checkout submission only or both.
New Submission from Page - triggers when a form or checkout is submitted from a specific page in your Convertri account, You can choose whether the trigger activates on form submission only, checkout submissions only, or both. If you choose this option, you can ‘switch  on’ the Zap for you page in Convertri. Just open up the specific page, and go to the Configure Forms dialogue. Then click on the ‘Zapier’ tab and toggle it ‘on’ for this page.
New Product Sale - triggers when the product selected has been sold from any sales page in your Convertri account.
New Product Sale from Page - triggers when the product selected has been sold from a specific sales page. You’ll need to select the product and the page.
Product Subscription Cancelled - triggers when someone cancels a subscription of a product. You will need to pick the product.
Product Refund - triggers when someone refunds the sale of a product. You will need to pick the product.
New Sale of Any Product - triggers whenever a sale is made within your Convertri account.
New Sale of Any Product From Page - triggers whenever a product is sold from a specific page you’ve selected.

NOTE: The Zapier webhook will also send query strings (hidden fields), and custom fields if they have been set up and attached to inputs in the page editor.

  6. Then go back into Zapier and click Continue.
  7. Zapier will now scan your account to test the connection. Click Test and Continue.
  8. Now, choose what you want to happen when your trigger is activated. Choose your service from the list, and then choose your Action Event. Choose which account you want to use with this service, and click Continue.
  9. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish setting up your Zap.
  10. When you’re done, click Test and Continue to make sure everything’s working properly.
  11. Finally, click to turn on your Zap.

NOTE: Having too many pages in a funnel means that Zapier will time out and not be able to load them all when you are picking. In order to successfully set-up zaps for specific pages, make sure to have a funnel with 20 pages or less.
