Step-by-Step Keap Integrations Setup via API
We have two Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) integration options available. A Max Classic option for older Keap (Infusionsoft) users, and a new Keap users option.
Integrating Keap is easy. All you have to do is:
- In the Dashboard, click on Account, and then Integrations.

- Scroll down to Autoresponders. Click Setup over the Keap logo.

If you are a new user, go to the Install Keap tab; if you are an older user, go to the Install Keap (Max Classic) tab, then click on Connect Your Account. For more information about Keap, click the Overview tab.


- Log in to Keap with your credentials and click Log In.

Once your login has been verified, you’ll be redirected back to Integrations, and you'll see a green checkmark underneath the Keap logo.
You can now use Keap in all the forms on your pages. If you wish to revoke your access, you can do so at any time by navigating back to this page, clicking Setup, and clicking the red link.
Setting Up A Form
When you've connected your Keap account, you'll be able to connect any of your Keap lists to your Convertri pages. This article covers how to set up a form: Forms: Setup and Troubleshooting
Testing the Integration
Once Keap is connected, you can begin using it with any form on your Convertri pages.
To link a Keap list:
- Create or edit a form in Convertri.
- Under form settings, select Keap as your integration provider.
- Choose your list and fields to map.
NOTE: To use Infusionsoft in your forms, both your campaign and the sequences within it need to be separately published before Convertri can see them. For more information, click here: https://help.infusionsoft.com/userguides/campaigns-and-broadcasts/campaign-builder-in-depth/publish-a-campaign. This only applies to Max Classic/Old users.

Do I need a specific Convertri plan to use the Keap integration?
No, the Keap integration is available to all Convertri users with access to the integrations feature.
Can I use Keap tags or automation sequences inside Convertri forms?
Yes, as long as they are set up in Keap beforehand. Once a contact submits a form, you can apply tags and trigger sequences.
How do I connect Keap to my form inside Convertri?
After integrating Keap, go to your form settings in Convertri, select Keap as your provider, and choose the desired list.
Can I revoke or switch my Keap integration later?
Yes. To do so, revisit the integration page in Convertri, click Setup under Keap, and disconnect or reconnect as needed.
Is it possible to connect more than one Keap account?
At this time, Convertri supports connecting one Keap account per user workspace.
Can I use Keap with pop-up forms or embedded forms in Convertri?
Yes. Keap can be used with all Convertri form types, including popups and embedded forms.
What happens if my Keap API credentials expire or change?
A: You’ll need to reauthorize the integration in the Convertri dashboard to restore the connection.
