How to Cancel Recurring Payments

If your customer decides to end their membership or cannot pay for whatever reason, you can cancel their recurring billing cycle. Here’s how to do it:

  1. In the Dashboard, click on Cart on the top menu, and then select Orders in the left-hand menu.
  2. Scroll or use the search function to find the order you wish to cancel recurring payments on. Click Details next to it.
  3. Click Cancel Recurring Payments On This Order. A confirmation message will appear. Click Yes, Cancel Payments.
  4. If everything is correct, a success message will appear.

Tip: when you view that order’s Details page, you will no longer be able to click the button marked Cancel Recurring Payments. If the customer wishes to resume recurring payments, they will have to make a new order.
