Form validation lets you check that the information your customers enter into forms is valid. For example, if you choose to validate an email field, Convertri can auto-detect whether an email address looks real (e.g. if it contains an @ symbol and domain like .com or .co.uk)
- In the Page Builder, click on Form Inputs in the Elements tray and click Text Input to add it to your page.
- In the Properties panel, click Form Field Settings. (If you haven’t already mapped your form, it’s a good idea to do so now. Click here to learn how.)
- Under the validation type dropdown, choose the type of validation you require.
- Click Save, and Publish.
Now, when your customers mistype their details, your form will prompt customers to enter valid ones.
