How To Update Your Billing Information

If you’ve already got a Convertri account set up but you want to update your billing details then you’ll need to get in touch with our support team.

You can contact us at support@convertri.com and when you do so, you’ll need to provide your Convertri log in email. We would also ask, if possible, for you to send some transaction details such as a screenshot of a receipt, this makes it easier for us to locate your account and help you get those billing details up to date.
