Convertri isn’t perfect, sometimes you will need a helping hand. Whether it is something you can’t understand, or you think you’re found one of those pesky little bugs, let us know!

If something is wrong with your page, there is two things we need from you. We need the email address you use to log-in and the edit screen URL of the page which is misbehaving.

The edit screen URL is the long URL of the page when it is open in our editor.  We cannot see the settings you have from your published URL, so we really do need this to help you out.
