The order details card is a great way of getting an exact breakdown of purchases and seeing total revenue for purchases. To get access to this:

  1. Go to the Cart dashboard.
  2. Select Orders from the left-hand menu.
  3. On the order which you wish to get more details for, select the blue Details option.

  4. You should now be able to see all the further order details available for this purchase.

Let’s break down each of these sections so we can understand a little of what each of them is telling us. The top bar here just gives us the name of the Prospect, Total Revenue as a result of this purchase, and when the order was placed.

First, we have Customer Details which just gives us the customer’s name, the date the order was made, and the shipping address.

To the right of this, the Revenue Breakdown where we can see the different factors affecting the purchase. This shows the total after factors such as Shipping, Tax, and Discount are taken into consideration.

Below this, we have Products that show the quantity of items purchased and the name of the product, as well as the price. On the left-hand side of this product name is an icon that looks like a little folder. Clicking this will ‘unfold’ some more details on the product which has been purchased. The icon will now look like an open folder and clicking it again will cause it to close. This shows us how much money this order has made (if it is a recurring product then this is all money that has been made in total). Here you can also see shipping and tax costs, as well as discounts from coupons. If a coupon has been used, you will be able to see its name under the Coupon heading, so you can see which of your coupons are being used the most.

Finally, below are the Payments. This is more important for recurring products, as you can see which time the recurring payment has been taken, how much you earned from each payment, and even issue refunds if needed
