Integrations within Sub-accounts

Our API integrations allow you to use other software, such as PayPal or Mailchimp, within Convertri. It is important to understand that within the context of sub-accounts Integrations have a few key differences.

1. To see our available API integrations, click on the Account dashboard (for your main account) and then click on Integrations on the left-hand toolbar. Here you find all of our API integrations, they will show a green check mark once you have integrated/connected the service to your Convertri account.

2. Now go back to the left-hand toolbar and select Sub-accounts. Click ‘Switch To’ for the sub-account you want to add integrations to.

3. Then go to the Account dashboard and then click on Integrations on the left-hand toolbar. You will notice that the integrations which had a green tick when you look at them in your main account, now do not have one. This is because sub-accounts are separate, and so won’t share integrations with your main account unless you add them twice.

NOTE: If you add a client to a sub-account, please be aware that they won’t be able to add integrations. This is above their access and is something that you (the account owner) will have to do for them.
