There are domain limitations which you need to be aware of when adding sub-accounts, and then your Clients to these.
When you navigate to your domains, by going to the Accounts dashboard and then clicking on Domains from the left-hand toolbar, you will be able to see the full list of domains which you have added to your main account. These domains are not accessible via your sub-accounts, so your sub-account Clients can’t view, edit or delete them.
NOTE: You are unable to move the domains in your main account into your sub-account(s), they are separate and can’t be moved between. You will need to contact our support team with regards to that. You can do so at support@convertri.com
1. Navigate to Sub-accounts by going to the Accounts dashboard and then clicking on Sub-accounts from the left-hand toolbar.
2. Switch to a Sub-account and then navigate to your Domain screen by going to the Accounts dashboard and then clicking on Domains from the left-hand toolbar. Here you can see all the domains associated with a sub-account.
NOTE: When you add a domain to a sub-account this will still be part of your account allowance, so creating a sub-account does not mean your domain limits are doubled.
3. When you add a Client to a sub-account, they have don't have any control over your domains. They will see the screen below when they navigate to Domains via the Accounts dashboard:
You can see from the above screenshot that your clients are able to see every domain within the sub-account, but can’t edit the domains. This means they can’t archive domains, rename domains or add any new domains. You will need to do this for your clients by switching to the sub-account and making the domain changes they have requested.
