How to Delete a Domain

Previously only a member of the Convertri team was able to completely delete a domain for you. However, now we have given you the power to permanently delete any unwanted domains that may be lurking in your Convertri accounts. But remember, with great power comes great responsibility and that’s why you have to be absolutely certain that you want to delete your domain for good. This is because once your domain has been deleted all of the funnels and pages within that specific domain will be gone for good.

To delete a domain you will need to go to the Account section of Convertri.

Then in the left hand toolbar click Domains - this will bring up a list of all the domains that you have registered to your account.

Before you can delete the domain you first need to archive it. So, go to the domain that you want to delete and click ‘Archive’. 

Now click the ‘Show Archived’ checkbox to make your archived domain re-appears on the list.

Now you can see that you have the option to delete your archived domain.

Click Delete and then before you confirm its removal make sure that you are 100% certain that you want this domain removed for good as this is a completely irreversible change which will remove not only the domain but also the funnels and pages assigned to that domain as well.

Once you are sure, click Delete and your domain has now been deleted for good.
