How To Upload A Video To Convertri

This is how to upload a video directly to Convertri, so it is hosted with us rather than a third party. This feature is only available to our Pro and Agency users

NOTE: Videos hosted with Convertri can only be used within Convertri if you want your video uploaded else where you need to use a site such as YouTube or Vimeo

1. In the Dashboard, click Campaigns and then click on Videos from the left-hand menu. This is where all your videos appear, and you can delete them if you no longer want to use them, by clicking the Delete option on the video in question. 

If the title of your video isn't to your liking, you have the option to change it by clicking on the 'More' option. A dialogue box will then appear, allowing you to enter the new title you desire in the 'Rename' tab.

2. To upload a new video, click the blue Upload Video button on the right-hand side. This pop-up will appear.

3. Click the blue Upload button and select the video you wish to upload from the files within your computer.
4. Give the video a name, something memorable works best if you plan to have a lot of videos stored with us. Then, click the upload button. A loading screen will appear and it may take up to a couple of minutes for your video to upload, so sit tight!

Once it is done, it will appear on the list of videos you see when you first select the Video option on the Campaigns view. This video is now uploaded and can be added in directly at page level.

Additionally, you now have the option to download your videos, enabling you to access them whenever needed. To do so, simply click on the 'Download' button next to the video you wish to save.

You can sort your videos by Alphabetical and Recent, making it easier to find your media when you need it.

How to Create Folder in Video Manager

You are given the ability to create folders and move videos into them so you can sort out your collection. By default, it shows all the videos you upload to your video manager and you cannot see the ‘New folder’ button.

To create a new folder, navigate to the home folder option in the dropdown menu. Once selected, you'll find the 'New Folder' button located on the left side of your screen next to the Upload Video button.

Upon clicking the button, a dialogue box will appear, allowing you to input your preferred folder name.

Your newly created folder will be located within the 'Folders' section of your home folder. Simply click on your new folder to navigate to it and upload videos directly into it.

To relocate existing videos into your newly created folder, click on the 'More' options and choose the 'MOVE TO FOLDER' tab. From there, select the desired folder from the dropdown menu to move your video into.
