How to Turn Off HTML Preview

HTML elements will automatically preview live in the Page Builder, which is great for seeing exactly how your page will look. However, if you have animations or third party scripts, it can be useful to turn this feature off so you can edit your page without distraction.

  1. Select the HTML element you want to edit.
  2. In the Properties Panel, click HTML Element Properties.
  3. Toggle HTML Preview to Off.
  4. You can also enter a name for your HTML element to make it easier to tell apart from others on your page.

When HTML Preview is turned off your HTML elements will still work on your published page, but will display static placeholders in the Page Builder.
