How to Receive Email at Your Domain

Video Tutorial:

Article:

If you have already used mail services for your domain before moving it to our nameservers, you need to move each of your MX records to keep your email working. Here’s how:

NOTE: This will only work if your domain has been set up using nameservers, not via CNAME.

  1. In the Dashboard, click Account, then click Domains in the left hand menu.
  2. Click Records next to the domain you want to add an email to.

  3. Click Create Record.
  4. Leave the Name field empty. In the Type dropdown, choose MX. In Value, enter the Priority, then a space, then the server address. You can find this information in the DNS records on your domain registrar. Do this for every MX record in your domain's DNS.
  5. Click Save.

The changes might take a little while to propagate (they can take up to 48 hours), so keep checking back to make sure.
