How to Set Up an Exit Message

NOTE: Exit messages are heavily browser-dependent, so they may not show for all users. If your exit message isn’t displaying as normal, try using a different browser. Currently, exit messages only display correctly in Internet Explorer and Edge.

An exit message is a message that shows when the user displays exit intent, e.g. moving the mouse towards the Back button or trying to leave the page.

1. In the Page Builder, click on Page in the top toolbar, then click Other.
2. Toggle Use an Exit Message to on, and enter your message.
3. Click Done.
