Locking elements is useful to save time when you’re busy rearranging your page.
- Select the element you wish to lock in place.
- Click the Lock Position button in the Quick Actions toolbar, or in the Properties panel, click Positioning and toggle Lock Position to on.
You will be able to select and deselect, but not move your element unless you unlock it. You can move elements that are behind or in front of them, as you would normally.
If you lock a panel element, you can move the elements contained inside as normal. If you lock any elements contained within a panel, you’ll only lock their position inside the panel - so if you move the panel element, the contents will move with it.
