How To Generate a Proposal Document

Creating a proposal allows you to establish a formal, logical presentation to a possible client.  It helps you convince your client to adopt the solution to a problem or the fulfillment of a need you presented in the proposal.

Simulatri’s Funnel Designer makes it very easy for you to generate a PDF proposal.

Here’s how you do it.

1. On the right side of the Funnel Design you want to create a proposal for, click  on Projections.

2. On the upper right side of your screen, click Generate Proposal

You will be taken to a page where you need to fill up a form for your proposal. This is where it all happens.

To start creating the proposal:

3. Select a Primary Scenario.

4. On the Cover Page of your Proposal, fill in the Document Title.

5. Enter your Company Name.

6.  If you want to include your company logo in your proposal, click the logo icon. If not, leave it blank.

Note: The proposal generator only supports .jpeg/.jpg, .png and .bmp files

 7. Fill up all the proposal form, if there are section of the proposal generator you do not want to include, just leave the text box blank.

8. In the Projections section, you will be given an option to choose which time period you will use in your proposal. The default time period is 30 days.

9. When you have completed the form click on Create and your proposal document will be generated as a PDF file which will be automatically downloaded to your device.
