How To Use Product Coupons

To create a product coupon in Convertri:

  1. Go to the ‘Cart’ section of Convertri.
  2. Select ‘Coupons’ from the left-hand menu.
  3. Click ‘Create New’ and then give your Coupon a name. You can also choose a coupon ID, which will be added to the link for your coupon. Or you can leave it blank and one will be generated for you.

  1. Then on the left-hand side of the coupon menu, select ‘Product’. From here you can choose whether you want to apply your coupon to a product or not.
  2. Then select your product/product group from the dropdown list.

  1. Then click on ‘Amount’ on the left-hand side. Here you can select whether you want a fixed amount, so for example you might want $5 to be the discount, no matter how much your product costs. Or you can choose a percentage discount which will change depending on the cost of your product.

  1. If you want to give your coupon an expiry date, click ‘Expiry’ from the left-hand side, here you can select the date and time you would like your coupon to expire on. If you decide to set an expiry date, the coupon will no longer be valid after the date and time you have chosen.
  2. You also have the option to apply a usage limit to your Coupon. Simply click on ‘Limits’ from the left-hand side, here you can choose how the maximum amount of times your coupon can be used.
  3. Then click ‘Create’.
  4. You can then click ‘Generate Link’ to create a coupon link.
  5. Now select the funnel and page to which you want the coupon to be applied.
  6. Then you can copy the link to your clipboard in just one click.

If you follow the link and open the checkout on the page where you applied the coupon, you will see that the discount has been applied.
